Spomb Review - The Spomb is the best we have tested
Out of all the bait delivery options, the Spomb is probably the best of the lot. It casts really well and, in my experience, opens 9 times out of 10 on impact. The accuracy you can get with it makes baiting up so much easier, especially when you’re fishing at range.
I particularly like the newer version with the float built into the body — it makes retrieving it smoother, and I find it casts better than the old version with the detachable Spomb floats.
The only downside is the price. At around £13, it’s not cheap, and if you crack off, it stings a bit to lose one. But for performance and reliability, it’s hard to beat.
