Hi all,
I’m currently reviewing my bait options for the upcoming season and have narrowed it down to two brands: Active Bait Solutions (ABS) and Sticky Baits. I’ve used Sticky Baits in the past—specifically the Krill and Manilla ranges—with decent results. However, I’ve recently come across a lot of praise for Active Bait Solutions and I’m curious about making the switch.
That said, I’m trying to understand what real-world advantages ABS might offer over Sticky Baits. For those of you who have used both:
- What made you choose ABS over Sticky?
- Have you noticed a significant difference in catch rates or fish behavior between the two?
- How do the ingredients, freshness, or customization options compare?
- Is there a particular boilie or liquid range from ABS that stands out?
- How do they perform on pressured waters or in colder conditions?
- Do you find ABS to be more cost-effective or better value overall?
I’m not brand-loyal, just looking for genuinely effective bait with consistent results. I’d love to hear your thoughts, experiences, and maybe even see some catch photos if you’re willing to share.
